The Eucalyptus oil should go in your paste. Use about 20 drops of oil per tablespoon of henna powder in your recipe. A handful of essential oils, high in a substance called monoterpenes, will help your henna stain darker by helping the dye in the plant material dissolve. Eucalyptus isn't really the best choice though as it's a little harsh on skin. You can also try lavender, tea tree, or cajeput essential oils. It's important to note that Earth Henna kits have a bit of black walnut in them which could be dangerous to anyone with nut allergies. Make sure you ask any friends who volunteer their skin to you if they are allergic. Also, in my opinion, the paste needs to stand overnight before its ready to use to get nice dark color.
